Monday–Thursday Event Rental:

$125 per hour

(2-hour minimum required)

Cleaning Fee: $100 (applied to all events)

4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Your reserved time must include both setup and cleanup.

Friday -Saturday 
Event Rental

 $150 per hour
(3-hour minimum required)

Cleaning Fee: $100 (applied to all events)

11:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Saturday (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM) & Sunday (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Event Rental

Micro Wedding

(Maximum of 45 guests)

  •  Venue setup and cleanup (available for a fee)  

  • Reserved on-site parking for up to 75 cars  

  • Overnight accommodations in the cottage  

  •   Day-of coordinator  

  •   Pre-arranged photo sessions  

  •   Pre-booking services (available one month in advance)  

Photo-ops

  • Floral Gardens, patios, 2 ponds with fountain, trees swings, Pergola, and a bridge.

  • 30 minute or hour options available. Contact us for pricing.

Restrictions

  • Restrictions & Requirements  

  • BYO alcohol (must be served by a licensed bartender/caterer)  

  • Wedding coordinator required  

  •    General liability insurance required  

  • Venue approval for all decorations  

  • No rice, birdseed, or confetti is allowed  

  • Music is allowed indoors only, and must end by 10 PM  

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas  

  • Additional outdoor chairs (available for a fee)  

  • Early morning or after-hours access (available for a fee)  

  • Ceremony arch rental  

  • Walk-through consultations for event planning  

    • Preferred vendor list (bakers, DJs, etc.)
